Take first thing in the morning following by a long drink to remove taste as not pleasant. However, taste does not longer for too long.

Its been 3 weeks since i started and have increased to 1ml per day.

Does what the research has shown, allows increased and continual fat loss compared to without, especially when reaching newer depths of leanness in the sub 6% ranges where progression often seems to diminish. Very happy and highly recommend running the therapeutic dose 3x daily.

I ordered 2 x 30ml (50mg/ml) 5 Amino 1MQ and have just finished the first bottle.
