Premium Supps ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit premiumsupps.net (the "Site"), buy from us, contact us or interact with our marketing. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles and, for our New Zealand customers, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

By using the Site or giving us your information, you agree to how we handle it as described here. If you have any questions, email admin@premiumsupps.net.

What we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

Contact and identity details – your name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses.

Order and payment details – what you order, when, and payment confirmation. Card and other payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.

Account details – login details and order history if you create an account.

Communications – emails, chat messages, reviews, survey answers and anything else you send us, including photos you share about a delivery issue.

Marketing preferences – whether you have opted in to email or SMS marketing.

Usage and device information – collected automatically when you use the Site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referral source and how you interact with the Site (see Cookies and tracking below).

Health-related information you choose to share – for example if you tell us about an allergy, medical condition or reaction to a product when asking for advice or reporting an issue. We only use this to respond to you and to meet our product safety obligations.

You can browse the Site without telling us who you are. If you do not give us the information we need to process an order, we may not be able to supply you.

How we collect it

Directly from you – when you order, create an account, subscribe, enter a promotion, leave a review, use our website chat or contact us.

Automatically – through cookies, pixels and similar technologies when you use the Site.

From third parties – such as Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment providers, delivery partners, review platforms, social media platforms and advertising partners.

How we use it

To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and send order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking.

To answer your questions and resolve delivery, product or account issues.

To send marketing emails and, if you have opted in, text messages about products, offers and news. You can opt out at any time (see Marketing choices below).

To personalise the Site, our recommendations and the advertising you see on other platforms.

To run promotions, competitions and review programs.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

To understand how our Site and products are used, so we can improve them.

To meet our legal obligations, including tax, consumer and product safety laws.

We may use automated tools, including AI-assisted software, to help us manage enquiries and orders more quickly. Decisions that significantly affect you are reviewed by a person.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, with:

Service providers who help us operate – including Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders; payment providers; couriers and delivery services; fulfilment warehouses in Australia and New Zealand; email and SMS platforms; customer support and chat tools; review platforms; and analytics and cloud service providers.

Advertising and social media partners – such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads, subject to your cookie and platform choices.

Professional advisers – such as accountants, lawyers and insurers.

Government bodies, regulators, courts and law enforcement – where required or permitted by law.

Anyone you ask us to share with, and a buyer or successor if we sell or restructure our business, in which case your information would remain subject to a privacy policy at least as protective as this one.

Our service providers may only use your information to provide services to us.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in New Zealand, the United States, Canada and other countries where Shopify and our email, SMS, advertising and cloud providers operate. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with Australian privacy law.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your cart and preferences, measure how the Site is used, and show you relevant advertising on other platforms. These include cookies set by Shopify (details at shopify.com/legal/cookies), analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, and advertising pixels such as the Meta pixel.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can also manage ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.

Marketing choices

We only send marketing emails and text messages in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 (NZ). Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP to any message. You can also email admin@premiumsupps.net. We will still send you essential messages about your orders and account.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Our store runs on Shopify, a PCI DSS compliant platform, and payments are processed by our payment providers over encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so please keep your account password safe and contact us if you think your account has been compromised.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then for as long as Australian law requires, which is generally at least five to seven years for transaction records. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. If you have an account, you can also update your details by logging in. Email admin@premiumsupps.net and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party sites

The Site links to other websites and platforms, such as review sites, social media and delivery tracking. Their privacy practices are their own; please check their policies.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, email admin@premiumsupps.net and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on the Site, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
