After ordering you will receive an email giving range of dates for estimated arrival, most people will receive their orders in the first half of the estimated time period, however sometimes orders can take longer, if your order takes longer than the time listed in the email then please contact us!

Yes you can, your order will automatically be updated with the tracker within 5 business days from ordering and you should get a notification when this happens (please check your spam emails) you may receive your order before your tracker is updated.

Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Postage costs vary depending on the location we are shipping to but generally australia wide standard post is $10, express post is $15 and express post shipping is free over $99!

We currently only deliver within Australia!

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption protection to protect your details and security checks are made on all payments to ensure the authenticity of each transaction!

We accept all major card payments online via our payment gateway at checkout!

If you enter the wrong address at checkout, we may not be able to change it in time.

Our response time can be up to 48 hours, and our 3PL's shipping time is usually faster.

We will do our best to update the address, but if the product is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot take responsibility.

If the product is returned to the sender, we will contact you and reship it to your correct address.
