Feels like a good product, 600mg/ml is quite a bit thicker than the 200mg/ml that I’ve got from a different website though but in saying that you have to inject less.
Product smells a little bit fishy but I’m not sure if this is normal

Based off the experience with some of my peers using L carnitine of a higher concentration, they would either usually get bad pips or stinging sensations.
