It's very very effective. Some people say the taste is disgusting but I don't mind it. You will struggle to eat anything on the day you take this so proceed with caution. Also gives a fantastic energy boost. I take very little of the product so it will last quite a long time.

I made right mess of my bottle while trying to fill my syringe. I started on .5ml per day and used a spare kids medication syringe we have to measure my dose. Best tip I was given, get it as far back in your throat as you can as the taste is not pleasant at all. I’ve stacked it with my Reta and found it’s given me the extra boost to get my body in to ketosis. 2 weeks on Reta alone no trace of ketones. 4 hrs after I took Tesofensine ketones were present and have been everyday since. I really buggered up my bottle by pushing the syringe in too much ‍♀️ I’ve used a kids Nurofen syringe it works a treat. Best advice I was given was to deposit the liquid as far back in the throat to minimise the foul taste. I started on .5mls and stack it with Reta , it definitely feels next level. I would highly recommend to everyone
