Questions before you choose?
How much sodium is in a scoop?
The nutrition panel declares 100 mg sodium per 10.5 g scoop. The separate 300 mg sodium citrate amount is an ingredient weight, not 300 mg elemental sodium.

The product directions specify 500–1,000 mL water for one label-directed 10.5 g scoop. Your fluid requirements vary with the conditions and activity.
LAB TESTS · Electrolytes
The results, explained.
Read the available documentation alongside this product’s label. Match the named product or ingredient, tested batch and measured result.
What to check in the report
A label claim is the declared amount. A laboratory result is the measurement of the sample identified in the report. Compare the result with the stated specification.
Need your batch’s report? Ask us for matching documentation.
How to read a lab result
Specification vs result: the specification is the target or limit; the result is what the laboratory measured. mg/mL measures concentration, % w/w measures content by weight, and ppm means parts per million.
“Not detected” and “less than”: ND means the laboratory did not detect the substance within its test capability. A “<” result is below the stated reporting value. Neither means an absolute zero.
Each report applies to its identified sample and tests. Check the batch, date and method. An ingredient certificate describes that ingredient sample; it does not measure every active dose in the finished product.
