Another Premium Supps product that can’t be faulted. This improves my endurance capacity by quite a lot by mitigating excessive water loss. If anyone is keen to test this product, here’s how I do it:
12.5g glycerol (10mL) into a glass mixed with 150-200mL water. Drink that, then over the next hour consume up to 1.5L of water. I include my pre-workout in the water loading phase about 30 minutes before I leave for the gym.
